Hi forumers,

I had just used YSS last week.
6 guys turn up, in 3 hours ( including transport time ) all job done.
Mancho guys but very polite. Nothing was damage in the process.
In fact, tomorrow, I am getting them to move a bed again for a reasonable price.

Really no hidden cost. trust me.

I'm not a customer, but I had such a bad experience with this company's driver on the roads. Such a road bully! Almost banged their truck into my car. And they were swerving in and out of lanes without any signal! And even had the audacity to overtake my vehicle and purposely applied the emergency brakes many times to display their anger towards me when I sounded my horn at them. Dangerous driving! I really hope their management would see this post and do something about it before anything bad happens. Train and discipline the drivers well, because ultimately they're the ones driving the trucks which represent the company.
 

had a very bad experience with this company,actually it's the worst movers I ever used..I've moved 6 times in the past 10 years I never had this problem before. some of the staff were rude, they broke numerous items while packing, extra charge were asked on the day of moving or not they won't deliver the last truck and not to mention they pack like shit! I opened one of the box n there were just a chopping board and a lock n lock container inside...many of the boxes are half filled, they are not even breakable or fragile stuff.... I wouldn't recommend them to anyone! :(
 

Moving from one city to another is a difficult and challenging task. It is not a fun chore. It can be real task and one of the most stressful and problematic tasks.


Packers and Movers Delhi
 

Yongshen Movers is a company people should be warned about.
1. They’re not able to pay deposit when moving in/out of condo. Customer has to do it, so… if anything in condo is damaged by movers; it’s the customers problem.
2. They don’t pay for damages of the goods / furniture etc they’re moving, don’t have any insurance (for minor/cheap items they may pay, and… deduct from the workers salary).
3. They charge deposit when delivering boxes, but refuse to pay back when boxes are returned.
4. They don’t care…. (on management level)
5. Inexperienced workers, poor understanding of protection of valuable items.
6. When a damage is done, they refuse to discuss / try to solve the problem, don’t answer to calls.

They offered me SGD 280 for a smashed TV that I paid close to SGD 4 000. I asked them to be reasonable, it was used abt 2 years, so I suggested a compensation abt 2000,-
Later they promised that if i had the TV inspected by Sony tech, then they would pay for repair or replacement. I got the tech, he confirmed that repair was not recommended/cost more than new. I paid him to come… But, Yongshen still didn’t pay (but I got an additional cost for the Tech).
They promised to pay back deposit for boxes when collecting, but “forgot” to bring money, said they would transfer to my account immedeately, now, more than 1 month has passed, still no money…
To get in contact with them I had to use a friend’s phone, as they refused to answer me… last message from them was: if you want to take us to small claims court; just do it!?!
NOT RECOMMENDED!
